City Wellbeing


The City of London has an Outreach service that is available to its Square Mile residents. If you, or someone you know, would like to receive one to one support and information about services in your area, the Outreach Worker can meet with you to assist with issues including:


  • Health and wellbeing
  • Housing options
  • Benefits, pensions, money and debt
  • Social activities including coffee mornings and health information workshops
  • Social networks, physical activities and leisure including referral to Toynbee Hall’s lunch club/day centre
  • Carers’ support
  • Employment and learning opportunities
  • Volunteering
  • Adult Social Care and how to access services

City Memory Group


A friendly, informal group for people who are concerned about their memory.

Exercise your memory by:

  • participating in gardening, musical events, crafts, painting, quizzes, history talks, gentle exercise and much more
  • joining the weekly social group
  • coming along to outings of interest - drinks and light refreshments are provided
