Poverty Premium: a fact of life or easily eradicated?
Date: 16 Sep 2015
Join us for the second in a series of our contemporary ‘smoking room debates’, chaired by Channel 4’s Jon Snow.
One hundred people are gathering at Toynbee Hall to discuss and explore the Poverty Premium at the second in a series of our contemporary ‘smoking room debates’, chaired by Channel 4’s Jon Snow.
Those taking part include a broad spectrum of Poverty Premium experts from organisations such as Money Advice Service, Visa, The Children’s Society, Link, the Consumer Finance Association, Runnymead Trust, PayPoint, the Financial Inclusion Commission and the Centre for Responsible Credit. This is in addition to an audience of around 100 people, including representatives from charities, think tanks, front line delivery agencies, educational establishments and people with lived experience of the Premium. All of whom will explore, discuss and answer the question: the Poverty Premium: a fact of life or easily eradicated?
